Refund policy
The MCP beta is free; workspace purchases remain separate.
The complete MCP evidence pack does not request payment during the limited free beta. Deadline Watch Pro remains a separate one-time Paddle purchase.
Deadline Watch Pro
If the $3 workspace unlock does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Include the order ID, reply to the Paddle receipt, or use its refund link. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
MCP beta
There is no MCP charge to refund while the free-beta gate is active. For a beta problem, email hello@utilityhouse.xyz with the stable request ID, but never send a private key, wallet recovery phrase, password, or API token.
Statutory rights
If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you stronger protections, those protections apply. Nothing here limits them.
Abuse
We may limit beta access when automated traffic attempts to bypass the published daily capacity.
